The monochrome is having a moment. I used it in institution video, then saw Ryan Mcginley's latest ... I really wanted to dislike his very beautiful photographs from Moonmilk series(above).. because it's just too easy to love. But can't resist..
... point is, here is monohue Paris Palais Royal and New York Highline.

all for you

a visitor arrives.
everyone, entire family and the housekeeper stirred by an overwhelming passion for the same person. he, the magnetic grey eyes, makes love to each one ..then leaves them opened, undressed, desires incomplete. destroyed by impossible love. an opening that never closes.
pasolini meant for the visitor to be an embodiment of god. but it seems much simpler and quite the opposite. sometimes everyone falls for the same person. it's like a centrifugal force beyond morality and inhibitions. all the voids in everyone's lives seem to be replenished...
but usualy that person -- only loves love. only himself.

parallels

in best traditions of eurotrash parallels from toronto sounds like a good dance party. it's that strange guy of crystal castles? i remember reading an article about CC in stool pigeon in london .. and it wasn't complimentary. but creepy or not --

i am moving in that direction for my next video. i supose it's not all that original, but looks good.

institution
...
i finally finished INSTITUTION -- next page in diaries series .. a 2 minute video somehow took several month in between day job and technical issues by now i have mostly resentment towards the end result. so it goes for the subject, altogether my feeling and the video are on par. its impossible to be loved all the time. nor by everyone.
i will no longer upload entire clips online, but instead will give you snapshots only. complete diaries will be on view in a gallery space probably next year. announcement of time place etc. to follow in due course.
